SPARKS, Nev. (KOLO) -Career College of Northern Nevada said it has closed operations effective Friday.
KOLO 8 News Now learned of the closure when a student went there Friday and found the building closed.
CCNN’s home page lists options for students seeking help. It gave no details on the reasons for closure.
A message left on CCNN’s main telephone number has not been returned.

Career College of Northern Nevada has closed operations effective February 9, 2024.
If you are a student who was actively enrolled or on an approved leave of absence on this date, or if you withdrew from a training program within 180 days of this date, you may be eligible for a Closed School Discharge. Students who paid tuition or fees in forms other than US Department of Education Student Financial Aid (ie, cash payments) should contact the NV Commission on Postsecondary Education to file for reimbursement through the State’s Tuition Recovery Fund.
