Time To Celebrate This Popular 3rd Annual Montana Festival

This weekend the Museum of the Rockies will be hosting one of it’s most popular events of the year. This is such a fun event with scheduled speakers and presentations throughout the entire weekend that are perfect for community members of all ages.

The Dinosaurs and MOR Festival Schedule of Super Fun Events:

The fun kicks off Friday, April 12th with a Members Only Appreciation Night

  • 5:30 – 8 p.m. | RSVP is not required
    Light reception of drinks and snacks
    Please check in with your current MOR Membership Card

Saturday’s events include a dino-mite party for babies and toddlers (0 – 3 years old) and their grown-ups along with an opportunity to observe live raptors up close, admire their beauty, and learn about their incredible abilities, and much MOR. Saturday evening closes with dinner and keynote speaker, Dr. Stephen Brusatte.

Sunday is full of fun kids events including a puppet workshop, Megalodon drawings, another dino-mite party, and a preschooler playdate.

The Museum of the Rockies is world renowned and operates as an independent 501(c)(3) non-profit organization and a college-level division of Montana State University. The museum proudly carries the distinction of being a Smithsonian Affiliate and serves as a vital repository for state and federal fossils.
