Montana
One Of Montana’s Most Popular Festival Returns For The 37th Time.
Summer in Montana means fun, friends, family, and festivals and when you can combine all of those together, you’re no doubt in for a good time and that’s exactly what’s going to happen on August 19th in Manhattan, Montana.
The Manhattan Potato Festival returns for the 37th time and is packed with all kinds of events for the whole family to enjoy.
Of course, it would be the Potato Festival without the Fireman’s Pancake Breakfast. This long tradition is a chance for folks to not only have the most important meal of the day but also will help out the Fire Department and gives people a chance to visit and catch up.
Of course, after you load up on carbs you can head over to the Jim Oriet 5K and that is just the beginning.
Other events include the Spudfest Parade and you’ll want to be on the lookout for the 100.7 XL Country, MY 103.5, 94.7 The Moose, and the 96.7 KISS vehicles in the parade as we will be tossing out hundreds of bags of potato chips compliments of our friends at Town and Country Foods.
Plus, there will be lots of activities for the kids, including the Built 406 Car Show, a vendor fair, live music, duck races, and much more.
As an added bonus, this year’s Grand Marshalls just happen to be US Vet and long-time Potato Festival supporter Reese Haily and his lovely wife Donna who are known for buying candy and tossing it out to the kids along the Parade route.
Once again, a huge thank you to Town and Country Foods and we’ll see you at the Manhattan Potato Festival, on August 19th in Manhattan Montana.
