TRAFFIC ALERT: Emergency work on Pali Highway to impact Kailua-bound traffic
HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) – Heads up, drivers: A Kailua-bound lane of the Pali Highway will be closed on Saturday.
Hawaiian Electric crews will be on site to replace a damaged utility pole near the Nuuanu Reservoir.
The right lane closure will begin just past Nuuanu Pali Drive and end right before the turnoff to the Pali lookout.
The closure will take place from 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.
HECO advises motorist to use the H-3 Freeway or the Likelike Highway as alternative routes to get to Windward Oahu.
