SPC opens 1st Paris Baguette outlet in Hawaii | Yonhap News Agency

SEOUL, Feb. 26 (Yonhap) — SPC Group, a South Korean food and beverage company, said Monday its bakery brand Paris Baguette has opened its first outlet in Hawaii in its global expansion strategy.

Paris Baguette has opened the Bishop Street outlet, the first in Hawaii and 160th in the United States, in Honolulu, the company said in a statement.

The company said it will add three more Paris Baguette outlets in Hawaii in coming years.

SPC has advanced into 10 countries with the Paris Baguette brand since 2004, and the number of Paris Baguette outlets has recently exceeded 550 globally.

SPC said it earned more than 600 billion won (US$460 million) from its overseas Paris Baguette stores in 2022. Earnings figures for 2023 were not available.
