Man pleads not guilty in death of lover found in Hawaii Loa tub

HONOLULU — A 23-year-old man accused of killing his 73-year-old lover and pouring cement over his physique in a bath in one among Hawaiʻi’s most unique gated communities has pleaded not responsible to homicide.

A public defender for Juan Baron entered the plea throughout an arraignment Thursday, based on courtroom data.
