3 dead in California as atmospheric river brings heavy rain, mudslides

Feb. 5 (UPI) — At least three people are dead in California as an atmospheric river saturated the state with heavy rain and snow, causing flooding and mudslides as more than 415,000 homes and businesses were without power Monday.
