Denver murder suspect arrested in Tennessee

DENVER (KDVR) — A suspect was arrested in Tennessee for a homicide he allegedly dedicated early final month in Denver.

Le’Velle De’Sean Brownlow, 28, was arrested in Nashville, Tennessee and is being held for first-degree homicide whereas officers work on getting him extricated to Colorado.

Denver Police responded to a taking pictures within the 5200 block of N. Yampa Road earlier than 11 p.m. on March 9 and located Kolade Arije, who was pronounced deceased on scene.

The affidavit stated Arije and the suspect, often called “Velle,” had been seen arguing over cash and Arije was waving a gun round. “Velle” was dwelling within the residence with Arije, the doc stated. Witnesses informed police once they left the residence, they heard gunshots.

“Velle” left the residence and when police couldn’t find him, an arrest warrant was issued.

Police discovered spent cartridge instances, cash, firearms, and a considerable amount of suspected marijuana, suspected crack/cocaine and cell telephones within the residence after the taking pictures.
