Denver boy dies after being pulled from Phoenix hotel pool

PHOENIX — A 13-year-old Denver boy died Tuesday after he was pulled from a Phoenix lodge pool over the weekend, the Phoenix Police Division confirmed.

The seventh and eighth graders on the Jr. Buffs soccer workforce traveled to Phoenix on the lookout for a championship. Coach Julius Greer mentioned the workforce celebrated a win on Saturday night on the lodge pool at a Phoenix Embassy Suites close to twenty fourth Road and Thomas Street.

13-year-old Darryl Blackmon someway ended up within the deep finish of the pool, in accordance with good friend Joey Guerrero.
