Woman found murdered in western Arizona; boyfriend in custody
YUCCA, AZ (3TV/CBS 5) — A person is in jail, accused of killing his live-in girlfriend over the weekend within the small western Arizona city of Yucca.
Shortly after midnight on Saturday, Mohave County sheriff’s deputies responded to a home violence name at a house on West 12435 South Avenue, simply west of Interstate 40. There, they discovered a lady lifeless and a person who had been injured.
Detectives discovered from two others who reside on the property that it began once they heard the lady, later recognized as 32-year-old Michelle Bock-Caswell, screaming for assist. They instructed investigators that they ran to the house and went inside, reportedly discovering the suspect on high of Bock-Caswell.
They instructed detectives that the suspect, 33-year-old Justin James Jarvy, had the lady in a chokehold and yelled at him to cease. He refused, and the sheriff’s workplace says one of many residents started preventing with Jarvy to maintain him away from the lady, who was now unconscious.
When deputies arrived, Bock-Caswell was already lifeless. Jarvy was detained and brought to an space hospital for accidents he acquired throughout the battle with the opposite resident. He’s since been launched from the hospital and booked into the Mohave County Grownup Detention Heart, the place he’s going through a second-degree homicide cost.
