PHOENIX (AZFamily) — After a very active week of weather, a drier weather pattern will be taking over.

A Winter Weather Advisory is in effect for the eastern Arizona mountains, including locations like Show Low and Pinetop-Lakeside, until 8 a.m. Several additional inches of accumulation are possible along with slick roads.

A few showers are possible before sunrise this morning. During this time, some snow is possible in the higher terrain north and east of Phoenix above 5,000 feet.

Mostly sunny skies will move in this afternoon, with highs in the upper 60s. It warms up even more on Sunday, with highs in the mid-to-upper 70s. By Monday (St. Patrick’s Day), highs will reach around 80!
