Police: Arizona teens charged after developmentally disabled man beaten to death with baseball bat
TUCSON, Ariz. (KOLD Information 13/Grey Information) – Two teenagers are going through homicide costs after a developmentally disabled, non-verbal Tucson man was crushed to loss of life with a baseball bat.
The Tucson Police Division stated a 13-year-old and a 17-year-old have been charged with first-degree homicide and are being held on $1 million bonds. The TPD stated the teenagers’ names and mugshots aren’t obtainable.
Two 15-year-olds had been allegedly concerned however left throughout the deadly assault, the TPD stated. The 15-year-olds haven’t been charged, however the case has been turned over to the Pima County Lawyer’s Workplace for evaluation.
