Great outdoor weather in store for Arizona this week

PHOENIX (3TV/CBS 5) — It’s Superbowl Sunday! Good luck to both teams; we’ll get them next year’s Cards! We are finally drying out this Sunday after a very busy and rainy past couple of days! Highs were nice and cool in the lower 60s across the Valley. Also plan on seeing much more sun this week, making It great for outdoor activities like.

High pressure will build over Arizona this upcoming week, making it sunny as temps break back into the 70s by Tuesday. By the end of the week, we will be back into the mid-70s with sunny skies, making this week much different from last week.

Lows will be in the low 40s this weekend, making it very chilly when heading out the door. For the high country this weekend, expect slightly higher temps in the afternoon. The weather will be great for skiing!
