In accordance with the Arizona Legal professional Normal’s Workplace, Randy Kaas was indicted on 14 expenses of fraud, forgery and theft. The alleged fraud occurred between June 1, 2020, and June 1, 2021, and includes $3,715,276.50 price of PPP loans.
SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. – An Arizona grand jury has indicted a Scottsdale man on expenses of Paycheck Safety Program mortgage fraud.
In accordance with the Arizona Legal professional Normal’s Workplace, Randy Kaas was indicted on 14 expenses of fraud, forgery and theft.
The alleged fraud occurred between June 1, 2020, and June 1, 2021, and includes $3,715,276.50 price of PPP loans.
The lawyer basic’s workplace says it investigated the case, together with Homeland Safety.
