FILE – The Alaska Airlines Torchlight Parade features many different community members coming together to celebrate the spirit of Seattle. The Alaska Airlines Torchlight Parade float staging is at Pier 91 this year and the parade will kick off at 3 p.m. July 29. (KOMO)
