Woman dies after running in L.A. half marathon
A girl died after she participated within the half-marathon portion of Sunday’s Los Angeles Marathon, race organizers confirmed Tuesday.
Race organizers recognized the lady as Trisha Paddock and stated she died within the hospital following Sunday’s race during which she was a runner within the 13.1-mile Charity Problem Half Marathon. She didn’t run the total race course, organizers stated.
Paddock was working as a part of a charity staff that was elevating funds for the Asian American Drug Abuse Program.
