Brush fires break out along 118 Fwy in San Fernando Valley

A pair of brush fires burned alongside the 118 Freeway in Granada Hills and Porter Ranch Friday night time.

Stories of fireplace first surfaced at 8:45 p.m., with one close to the freeway and Reseda Boulevard, based on the Los Angeles Hearth Division.

That blaze was underneath management inside an hour, and 74 firefighters battled the blaze, the LAFD mentioned.

There have been no studies of broken constructions or accidents, and the reason for that fireside is underneath investigation.

The opposite blaze, which was close to Hayvenhurst Avenue in Granada Hills, was contained by 73 firefighters in about an hour, and no accidents or broken constructions have been reported, based on the LAFD.

“This hearth is underneath investigation. There’s *presently* no correlation decided between this fireplace, and a concurrent brush fireplace that burned to the west close to Reseda Blvd,” the division added.
