Boyle Heights shooting leads to car crash: Officials

A person was shot in Boyle Heights Thursday afternoon, inflicting a crash, officers mentioned.

The person, whose age and identify weren’t launched, was reportedly shot shortly after 4:30 p.m. within the 100 block of South Savannah Avenue, close to the intersection with East Second Avenue, based on Officer Cruz of the Los Angeles Police Division.

Responding officers requested ambulance for the sufferer, Cruz mentioned.

An ambulance responded to the scene, as did a fireplace truck and engine, mentioned Nicholas Prange of the Los Angeles Hearth Division, who added that the collision was a results of the taking pictures.

The person’s situation was not obtainable, nor was any details about the shooter.
