The collision was reported at 9:48 p.m., when police responded to the 300 block of South Figueroa Avenue, stated Officer Cruz of the Los Angeles Police Division.

The collision doesn’t look like a hit-and-run, Cruz stated.

Aerial footage from Sky5 confirmed a white or grey small-to-midsize SUV that was close to the scene with its blinkers on and obvious injury to the automobile’s hood.
