Brandon Judd on death of Texas soldier at border: ‘This didn’t have to happen’

Nationwide Border Patrol Council President Brandon Judd stated Monday he and his colleagues are “devastated” after Texas Nationwide Guardsman Bishop E. Evans drowned whereas saving the lives of two unlawful immigrant drug traffickers crossing over the Rio Grande.
