The Florida Freeway Patrol is sending its due to a gaggle of fine Samaritans who got here to a trooper’s support after he was attacked on an interstate in Tampa on Friday. 

Dashcam video of the encounter exhibits the trooper informing the suspect, 24-year-old Alexander Hernandez Delgado, that he cannot stroll on the interstate.

“I then searched the topic and tried to put him at the back of my patrol automotive. The topic grew to become argumentative and said that I’m bothering him and that he want to be left alone,” the trooper wrote within the report. “The topic then pulled away after which threw a punch together with his left hand that [struck] me within the face.”
