Lineworker killed in accident while restoring power during polar vortex

LAWRENCE COUNTY, OHIO (WSAZ) – A lineworker was killed in an accident whereas working to revive energy to houses throughout Friday’s winter storm.

In accordance with Buckeye Rural Electrical Cooperative, the accident occurred simply exterior of Pedro at 10:15 a.m..

Blake Rodgers, a 22 year-old apprentice lineworker, was killed within the accident.
