CHARLESTON, W.Va. — U.S. Senators Shelley Moore Capito (R-W.Va.) and Joe Manchin (D-W.Va.), each members of the Senate Appropriations Committee, right this moment introduced Common Schedule and Reserving LLC in Harpers Ferry, W.Va., will obtain $125,000 from the U.S. Division of Agriculture’s (USDA) Nationwide Institute of Meals and Agriculture (NIFA).
