Police: Massachusetts man’s body was left in an alley in D.C.
Police in Washington D.C. are investigating a Quincy man’s death after discovering his body as a result of a witness seeing someone leave his body in an alleyway.
According to a Washington Metropolitan Police Department report, officers found 41-year-old Alan Chi Chen “unconscious and not breathing from unknown circumstances” after a witness saw someone “dropping a body out of a vehicle” through a camera and contacted police. Chen was found on the ground wearing blue jeans and black shoes, the report said.

Fox 5, a D.C. news station, reported Thursday that Chen’s body was discovered in an alleyway along W Street early Thursday morning. Investigators believe the driver of a white Porsche left the body there around 11:18 p.m. Wednesday, the news station reported.
