An Ooltewah man has been arrested in Washington, D.C. for threatening an individual with a gun on Wednesday.
The incident occurred shortly after 1:20 p.m. within the 1700 block of New Hampshire Avenue NW.
Police say 21-year-old Dylan Nation, of Ooltewah, pulled a handgun and threatened one other an individual.
Police say they responded to the incident and arrested Nation.
Nation is charged with Assault with a Harmful Weapon (Gun).
