Man found fatally shot in Southeast D.C., police say
A man was found fatally shot Tuesday evening in Southeast Washington, the D.C. police said.
The man was found about 5:15 p.m. in the 3200 block of Pennsylvania Avenue SE, said Officer Beth Grannis, a police spokeswoman. He died at the scene, police said.
Little was known about the circumstances of the shooting. Grannis said police were initially notified about a possible car crash at the shooting site. No information was available about any suspect or motive.
