Hilton adds Waldorf Astoria hotel in Washington DC – Business Traveller
Hilton has added the newest US property beneath its luxurious Waldorf Astoria Inns and Resorts model.
The Waldorf Astoria Washington DC is positioned on Pennsylvania Avenue throughout the former headquarters of the US Publish Workplace Division, a constructing which was constructed between 1892 and 1899 and which was added to the Nationwide Register of Historic Locations in 1973.
Located lower than a mile from the White Home, the property incorporates a clocktower and observatory deck – the third tallest constructing in Washington DC.
Till not too long ago the property had been working because the Trump Worldwide Lodge Washington DC, with The Guardian reporting final month that the constructing’s lease had been offered to Florida-based buyers for $375 million.
