Grand Junction veterans in Washington D.C. for Honor Flight
GRAND JUNCTION, Colo. (KKCO) – Greater than 50 Colorado veterans are on the nation’s capital as a part of Honor Flight to go to their respective memorials. Two of these veterans are from Grand Junction.
Bruce Charters and Len Ladue each served throughout the Vietnam Struggle. Ladue was in the US Marine Corps. and served for 9 years. Bruce was within the Military infantry and served for slightly below two years. For Charters that is his first likelihood to go to the memorial in Washington D.C.
