Gold’s Gym Flexing its Muscles in Jamestown’s Georgetown Park

Gold’s Fitness center, which has greater than 700 health studios worldwide, is increasing in Washington, D.C.

The corporate has inked a 24,000-square-foot lease at Georgetown Park, a 327,300-square-foot mixed-use improvement within the District’s common Georgetown neighborhood.

Georgetown Park is owned by Atlanta-based funding agency Jamestown, which acquired the property in 2014 from Vornado Realty Belief for $272 million.
