Foxtrot Opens Fifth DC Metro Location at Bethesda Row
Foxtrot, an upscale nook retailer and café, opened its fifth location within the Washington, D.C., space — and its first in Maryland — on Friday, taking a 4,000-square-foot lease at 7262 Woodmont Avenue in Bethesda.
The constructing is a part of Bethesda Row, Federal Realty’s 529,000-square-foot mixed-use growth that features retail, workplaces and a residential group in a walkable neighborhood.
Situated on the intersection of Bethesda Avenue and Arlington Street, simply seven miles north of the District, Bethesda Row is a 17-acre growth that features retailers resembling Apple, Equinox and Anthropologie.
The brand new Foxtrot location contains seating indoors in addition to an outside patio and an outdoor oak bar, the place guests can eat or seize a drink.
The Chicago-based model, which payments itself as a “trendy comfort retailer,” raised $100 million in early 2022 to embark on an bold growth plan. Outdoors Chicago, the D.C. metro has probably the most Foxtrot areas, adopted by Dallas. The model has 22 areas in whole, with plans to proceed growth in each present and new markets this fall.
The corporate plans to increase in New York Metropolis, Austin, Boston, Miami, Los Angeles and Houston amongst others.
