Another USPS mail carrier robbed at gunpoint in DC

One other USPS mail service was robbed at gunpoint in Southeast D.C. 

U.S. Postal Inspector Michael Martel stated the incident occurred Tuesday night round 5:40 p.m. within the 4800 block of Alabama Ave. SE. Two suspects, in response to Martel, approached the letter service and flashed a firearm. Gadgets have been stolen, and the thieves took off earlier than D.C. police and postal inspectors arrived.

No accidents have been reported.

Each D.C. police and the USPS Inspection Service are investigating the incident. Info concerning the suspects has not been launched.
