17 VA, DC Restaurants, Chefs Named James Beard Award Semifinalists

WASHINGTON, DC — Eating places and cooks within the District and Virginia are effectively represented within the semifinalists introduced Wednesday for the celebrated 2023 James Beard Awards, typically known as the Oscars of the culinary arts trade.
