Virginia State Parks’ summer music events return

RICHMOND, Va. (WWBT) – Virginia State Parks are bringing again their summer season music collection after a COVID-19-related hiatus showcasing genres like bluegrass, jazz, gospel, nation, rock and roll, symphony and modern.

5 of the Virginia State Park places will function varied music all year long. This 12 months, the parks music collection can be as follows:

• Belle Isle State Park options Music by the River
• Hungry Mom State Park options Music within the Park
• Pocahontas State Park options Pocahontas Premieres 
• Smith Mountain Lake State Park options Ray Judd’s Music within the Park
• Westmoreland State Park options Music on the Cliffs

Most collection begin at 6 p.m. or later. The park live shows are free, however parking charges are required in any respect places.
