Bluefield State dominates Virginia State at home

BLUEFIELD, Va. (WVVA) – The Bluefield State University Big Blue hosted the Virginia State University Trojans in a nightcap game on the diamond Saturday.

The Trojans would get out to a 1-0 lead after the top of the 1st inning, but the Big Blue would go onto score six of their own in the bottom of the inning. Big Blue would add another in the 3rd inning, and score six more runs in the 5th to go onto a dominating 17-1 win over the Trojans.
