18-year-old missing from Virginia for 3 weeks found at Houston homeless shelter
NORFOLK, Virginia (KTRK) — A determined seek for an 18-year-old from Virginia who was lacking for 3 weeks ended at a homeless shelter in Houston.

Keith Anderson’s household reported the 18-year-old lacking after they dropped him off for sophistication at Norfolk State College in Virginia on Jan. 29. State police mentioned somebody reported seeing Keith at a 7-Eleven retailer in Norfolk on Feb. 4.
