Texas and Florida have left little question that they are the two top U.S. teams standing at the 2024 Little League World Series. The team from Boerne, Texas, has represented the Southwest Region well with an unbeaten run to the U.S. championship game that featured wins over Pennsylvania (9-0), Florida (4-1) and Nevada (5-2). The Florida team bounced back from its loss to Texas with three straight consolation wins over Staten Island (6-1), Hawaii (4-3) and Nevada (6-3) to get a high-stakes rematch with Texas.
