COLLEGE STATION, Texas — Rivalries in postseason games often tend to bring out the absolute best in most players. The combination sometimes serves as a great equalizer.
That was certainly the case Saturday night as heavily -favored Texas A&M had to scratch and claw its way to a 4-2 11-inning win over rival Texas to advance to the driver’s seat at the College Station Regional.
