Thompson hits game-winner for Tennessee Tech

COOKEVILLE, Tenn. (AP) — Brett Thompson’s quick jumper as time ran out gave Tennessee Tech an 82-80 win over Southeast Missouri State on Saturday.

Jaylen Sebree scored 22 factors to guide Tennessee Tech. Sebree added 9 rebounds and 5 assists for the Golden Eagles (11-14, 7-5 Ohio Valley Convention). Thompson scored 16 factors, going 5 of 12 from the ground, together with 2 for five from distance, and 4 for five from the road. Tyrone Perry shot 4 for 10, together with 3 for 8 from past the arc to complete with 12 factors.

The Redhawks (13-12, 8-4) have been led by Phillip Russell, who posted 29 factors and eight assists. Chris Harris added 21 factors and 9 rebounds for Southeast Missouri State. As well as, Israel Barnes completed with 13 factors and two steals.
