Tennessee State Starts Scholarship for Public School Grads
NASHVILLE, Tenn. (AP) — Tennessee State College has introduced a brand new full scholarship program for 100 Nashville public college graduates to review enterprise, training, engineering and heath sciences.
The Nashville college says the “Trailblazing to TSU” scholarships will start within the fall 2023 educational 12 months.
This system for graduates of Metro Nashville Public Colleges will cowl 4 years of tuition and costs for individuals, and consists of an assigned mentor for every recipient.
Every of the 100 scholarships on the traditionally Black public college will likely be named after a U.S. civil rights chief.
Beneath the partnership, officers say Tennessee State has already dedicated 71 scholarships beginning this fall for Nashville public college graduates.
