A Tennessee home recently made it among the top ten most expensive homes in the country, according to a study done by Point2, an online real estate marketing company.
The study ranked the most affluent homes for sale in every state, with the most expensive home belonging to California, at $250,000,000. On the other end of the spectrum was a home in Nebraska valued for a modest $3,890,000.
Tennessee came in at the number seven spot for a home in Williamson County, on sale for a whopping $65,000,000. It tied with the Lodge at Hunters Creek in Houston, TX, also on sale for $65,000,000.
Located in Leiper’s Fork, Twin Rivers Farm is a 383-acre estate adjoining a state-protected preserve. If the property sales for anywhere close to its $65 million price, it would be the mot expensive property deal ever made in Tennessee.
The home has a square footage of 10,626. Among its features are two private lakes, horse trails, stables, a guest cottage, a swimming facility, a tennis court, an orchard, a greenhouse, an observation tower and more. According to Zilllow, the home has 7 full bathrooms, two half bathrooms and 5 bedrooms.

The two-story home, which was constructed in 2018, also features six fireplaces, marble flooring, a private pool and spa, and a six vehicle garage.

Methodology
Point2 compiled it’s list by taking a look at their own database as well as researching national and local brokerages. They also looked at verified luxury listings included in other articles.
The study did not include listings of planned properties, properties under construction or any commercial homes.
The listing prices are active as of Sept. 25 and the list is subject to change as luxury homes are frequently being listed and taken off the market.
