Tennessee (44-8, 19-5 SEC) defeated South Carolina, 3-1, in the SEC Tournament championship game Saturday at Bogle Park in Fayetteville, Arkansas.
Tennessee won the Southeastern Conference regular-season and tournament championships in the same season for the first time in school history.
The Lady Vols will host the NCAA Tournament Knoxville Regional at Sherri Parker Lee Stadium.
Tennessee is a No. 4 overall seed and will play Northern Kentucky (23-30).
Louisville (35-18) and Indiana (42-16) will also play in the Knoxville Regional.
NCAA Tournament regional play is scheduled for May 19-21. A Thursday-Saturday format will be used for teams with a no-Sunday-competition policy.
Super regionals will take place May 25-27 (Thursday-Saturday) and May 26-28 (Friday-Sunday). The College World Series is scheduled for June 1-9 at USA Softball Hall of Fame Stadium in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
