Construction Worker Dies in Trench Collapse in Tennessee

SPRING CITY, Tenn. (AP) — A building and construction employee passed away after he was caught in a trench that broke down while he was servicing a house in Tennessee, authorities claimed.

The guy, that was not recognized, was operating in the garage of a house unfinished when a trench dug as component of the job broke down Saturday mid-day in Rhea Region, claimed Det. Rocky Potter, a spokesperson for the area constable’s division.

Rescue staffs from Chattanooga, Knox Region as well as various other territories were hired to aid with a rescue effort. Teams dug with hand devices such as shovels due to the fact that there was no space in the garage for mechanical devices, Potter claimed.
