Two officials inducted into the South Carolina Basketball Officials Association Hall of Fame
Congratulations to Joseph Manigualt and Stacy Franklin for being inducted into the South Carolina Basketball Officers Affiliation Corridor of Fame.
The induction befell Could 7 on the Seawell’s Restaurant in Columbia.
Manigualt has served for 21 years, and refereed in 4 State Finals, and one All-Star sport. He has assisted with the SCBOA State Camps a number of instances, and has mentored over a dozen younger officers.
He served because the Georgetown County consultant for the District 11 Evaluation. Mr. Manigualt has officiated extra video games within the Seashore Ball Class than every other referee.
Stacy Franklin served as a Basketball Official for 23 years. He refereed in 5 State Finals , six Decrease State Semi-Finals, and in a single All-Star sport.
He was the SCBOA “Official of the Yr” in 2018. He was on the Seashore Ball Traditional Choice Committee in 2018. He has additionally served as a SCBOA Camp Evaluator
Keith Brown, longtime buddy and training colleague of Joseph Manigualt, and former trainer/coach for Stacy Franklin at Georgetown Excessive, was readily available to witness their induction, and assist have a good time the duo.
