The South Carolina Gamecocks aren’t going to let anyone forget that they were undefeated this season and that they did it by proverbially burying the top teams in the country en route to a national championship. As a reminder to everyone, on Sunday, the local coroner rode through their championship parade, pulling a casket that had tombstones of the teams the Gamecocks defeated during the NCAA tournament.

The Gamecocks are celebrating their latest title as only an undefeated team can — with all kinds of shenanigans at their championship parade. It started with Dawn Staley riding through the crowd in an icy Rolls-Royce, totally unbothered. Then, things went off the hinges when the county’s local coroner drove a truck in the parade, toting a casket with the tombstones of teams the Gamecocks beat during this year’s NCAA tournament.

Rest in peace, NC State, Indiana, Oregon State — you get the picture. The Gamecocks metaphorically and somewhat literally buried their competition.
