South Carolina businessman charged for yelling obscenities, homophobic words at trampoline park workers

GREENVILLE COUNTY, S.C. (WSPA) — An Upstate enterprise proprietor who was charged with reckless murder and illegal communication prior to now is dealing with one other cost in an unrelated incident.

The Greenville County Detention Middle mentioned John Ludwig Jr. walked into Large Air, situated at 36 Park Woodruff Highway, on April 6 and yelled obscenities and homophobic language at trampoline park employees whereas dumping a trash can stuffed with rubbish into the foyer space.

Ludwig Jr. was arrested by deputies and charged with breach of peace, non-aggravated in nature.

WSPA beforehand reported that Ludwig Jr. crashed his Maserati by the lounge of a Greenville County dwelling in 2009. A 62-year-old man watching tv inside the home was killed.

Ludwig Jr. pleaded responsible to reckless murder within the crash and was sentenced to 5 years which was suspended to 3 years of probation and 500 hours of neighborhood service, in line with courtroom data. 

In in 2019, Ludwig Jr. was charged with illegal communication.

A police report mentioned Ludwig Jr. threatened to beat a Spartanburg legal professional earlier this month.
