NRA-ILA | South Carolina: Another Constitutional Carry Bill Being Heard Tomorrow
Tomorrow, a subcommittee of the Senate Judiciary Committee will hear Senate Invoice 109, one other constitutional carry invoice. Whereas NRA enthusiastically helps constitutional carry, we’ve issues about S 109 and really feel that it wants a variety of amendments in comparison with Home Invoice 3594, the constitutional carry invoice that handed the Home 92-26 with bipartisan help and which is backed by Governor Henry McMaster. It’s unknown why the Senate Judiciary Committee is listening to a unique constitutional carry invoice, whereas H 3594 has but to have a preliminary listening to.
