Local Law Enforcement Awarded State Honor

COLUMBIA, S.C. (WIS) – The South Carolina Legislation Enforcement Officers’ Affiliation (SCLEOA) and the Strom Thurmond Basis hosted the annual Strom Thurmond Awards for Excellence in Legislation Enforcement Luncheon.

The luncheon came about at present on the Lexington City Corridor with round 100 regulation enforcement officers from throughout the state.

There have been 4 classes with one recipient for every award. Officers represented the Metropolis, County, Federal, and State classes.

The recipients and the awards received are:

  • Metropolis: Main Arthur D. Littlejohn from the Spartanburg Police Division
  • County: Sheriff Bryan “Jay” Koon from the Lexington County Sheriff’s Workplace
  • Federal: Particular Agent Kevin E. Conroy from the Federal Bureau of Investigation
  • State: Captain Connie Sonnefeld from the S.C. Legislation Enforcement Division
