Gamecocks Earn Run-Rule Victory Over Presbyterian

COLUMBIA, S.C. – The South Carolina softball staff earned a walk-off run-rule victory Wednesday night time (Mar. 15), over in-state foe Presbyterian 9-1. The victory strikes the Gamecocks to 23-4 on the season.

Brooke Blankenship was good on the plate, ending 3-for-3 with two RBIs and two runs scored. Riley Blampied ended her night time 2-for-3 with three RBIs. In all, seven totally different gamers collected successful, and 5 totally different gamers drove in a run.

The Gamecock pitching employees was dominant all night time combining for six strikeouts, whereas permitting one hit and an unearned run.
