EPA celebrates funding for clean school buses with visit to South Carolina

ORANGEBURG, S.C. (WIS) – The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency Administrator Michael S. Regan is visiting Orangeburg in celebration of South Carolina receiving new clean school buses.

The Palmetto State received $65.9 million for 168 new school buses.

Regan will join Congressman James Clyburn, local officials, and students at Marshall Elementary School, where Regan is expected to deliver remarks about the 20 new electric school buses coming to Orangeburg County School District.
