Severe storms cause damage across Texoma
(KXII) – Storms across Texoma Thursday night left behind hail, damage, downed power lines and flooding.
People in Madill, Tishomingo and Ada saw lots of hail, some bigger than the size of a tennis ball.
In Durant, the city said downed power lines are forcing the partial closure of S. 9th Ave. from Waldron Dr. near the casino, to the Hwy 70 bypass. The road will reopen once OG&E completes the necessary repairs.
The Johnston County Emergency Management posted a video on their Facebook page about flooding near Hwy 48a near Coleman.
